Tai Chi is known to improve balance, decrease pain and improve overall quality of life. Join our own personal trainer, Suzan Mekler, on Mondays and Wednesdays starting May 8th for an hour of educational Tai Chi followed by a light lunch!
$120 for entire 6 week series, $20 drop in per class
