Fitness Classes

The Bryan Glazer Family JCC Fitness Center has four studios dedicated to group exercise and offers up more than 55 classes per week. We believe in the camaraderie and sense of community that comes with exercising together under the coaching, motivation and leadership of our talented team of Group Exercise Leaders.


Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat from your hectic day in one of our yoga sessions, striving to build athletic stamina in our more intense cardio interval classes, or looking to shimmy and shake your worries away in one of our dance fitness classes, we’ll have something for you.  Our organization honors the commitment you’ve made to yourself and will ensure a personal experience in each of our classes.

Many of our class formats are also adapted for use in Kids Fitness classes, often held on weekdays (after school) and on weekends, as well as Mommy & Me classes, where we invite you to participate with your infant/toddler aged children.

Setting up the right exercise routine is just the beginning. You may also need help maintaining it.


With personalized and ongoing support, our professionally trained staff helps you stay motivated and achieve your goals. Choose from our many certified personal trainers or opt for buddy training or the popular group training options – share a trainer and help motivate each other.
