The Bryan Glazer Family JCC Fitness Center has four studios dedicated to group exercise and offers up more than 55 classes per week. We believe in the camaraderie and sense of community that comes with exercising together under the coaching, motivation and leadership of our talented team of Group Exercise Leaders.
Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat from your hectic day in one of our yoga sessions, striving to build athletic stamina in our more intense cardio interval classes, or looking to shimmy and shake your worries away in one of our dance fitness classes, we’ll have something for you. Our organization honors the commitment you’ve made to yourself and will ensure a personal experience in each of our classes.

Many of our class formats are also adapted for use in Kids Fitness classes, often held on weekdays (after school) and on weekends, as well as Mommy & Me classes, where we invite you to participate with your infant/toddler aged children.

Uses a combination of postures, inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Barre will focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Uses music with different genres to create a dance party environment. Dance your way to health and fitness with this music-based program and easy-to-follow dance routines.
A multi-level strength based practice, which incorporates a series of poses that flow smoothly.
Combines yoga postures, breathing and meditation at a beginning level. Gentle Yoga provides a beautiful way to softly wake the body up and stretch yourself out.
Teaches the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Highly therapeutic, this technique helps to refine your poses while it trains the mind to remain alert, focused and composed.
High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique that gives you intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. The exercises can be modified to meet all fitness levels. Class is designed to help you burn calories and also build muscle.
Uses boxing and martial arts style training techniques to improve strength, agility and endurance. Option to bring own boxing gloves.
Mind-body class that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Using a mat, Pilates will have a large focus on developing your core.
Low-impact cardio workout designed with the older adult in mind. Class consists of warm-up, cardio routine, muscle strengthening and cool down/relaxation.
A circuit class that incorporates strength exercises for the whole body. Over time you will feel steady and more confident when you move and engage in daily activities.
This class focuses on muscle strength and toning for the whole body. Cardiovascular work will also be included to help you achieve maximum results fast!

A noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
This class uses the TRX® adjustable straps to help all fitness levels reach their goals. The suspension training uses body weight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
