A power packed session designed to test your limits. Short, high and low intensity bursts of cardio and strength drills train the body and mind to become stronger, better, faster. Drills in this class can be modified for all fitness levels.
FIT = Functional Interval Training. This multiple intensity class uses athletic movements designed to take you to a new level of fitness. Cross train between jump rope, boxing drills, cardio step circuits, sit-ups, push-ups, weight training movements and so much more.
A cardio class based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape – levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!

A 30-minute metabolic circuit training class using the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a specific formula that combines cardiovascular, strength and active recovery/core bouts.
A Tabata protocol is 4 minutes long: 20 seconds of high intensity effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. With this workout, we’ll move through various total-body Tabata bouts with a minute rest between each 4 minute set. The goal of this workout is to improve fat burn and increase energy throughout the day.
