Core Conditioning - A 30-minute workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your abs, glutes, hips and back. This class will improve functional strength and assisting with injury prevention.
Cycle - Pedal through hill climbs, sprints and interval training. This class simulates the feel of outdoor cycling by using visualization, and combines motivational music to help you push through the challenge.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique that gives you intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. The exercises can be modified to meet all fitness levels. Class is
designed to help you burn calories and also build muscle.
Kickboxing - Uses boxing and martial arts style training techniques to improve strength, agility and endurance. Option to bring own boxing gloves.
Strength Training - This class focuses on muscle strength and toning for the whole body. Cardiovascular work will also be included to help you achieve maximum results fast!
TRX® Total Body - This class uses the TRX® adjustable straps to help all fitness levels reach their goals. The suspension training uses body weight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Tabata - A Tabata protocol is 4 minutes long: 20 seconds of high intensity effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. With this workout, we’ll move through various total-body Tabata bouts with a minute rest between each 4 minute set. The goal of this workout is to improve fat burn and increase energy throughout the day.
Warrior Circuit - Are you wanting to prep for an obstacle course race, or just looking for a class that is unique, and will help you reach your fitness goals? This class is designed for all fitness levels and has a focus on functional strength, agility, balance and endurance.
