Dance Fitness - Uses music with different genres to create a dance party environment. Dance your way to health and fitness with this music-based program and easy-to-follow dance routines.

 

Dance Technique Classes  (Ballroom, Latin Etc.,)

These classes are technique based and typically taught in 8-week series.  Participants will practice executing specific dance steps and build them weekly into a short routine.  These classes offer more of a social experience than a true “non-stop fitness class” experience.

 

Zumba® - Latin-inspired, cardio-dance workout to reach maximum calorie burn. Have fun while you perform an exhilarating dance with choreographed steps. The upbeat music and easy-to-follow dance moves will encourage cardiovascular health and weight loss.     

 

Zumba® Gold - Zumba® Gold takes the Latin and International dance rhythms you know and love from regular Zumba® classes and brings them to the active older adult, beginner participant and other special populations that may require modifications.
