Dance Fitness Classes

Bokwa®

Bokwa is a cardio workout that integrates African dance, aerobic dance, and a wide variety of different genres of dance and movement forms.  The dance combinations are taught in a simple format that teaches participants to move in the shape of letters and numbers.

 

 Masala Bhangra®

A joyous and fun fitness experience that will take you on a virtual Bollywood experience.

 

 U-JAM®

Cardio dance party that fuses exercise with dance moves you can take with you for a night on the town. It is a series of easy to follow moves set to the hottest hits across multiple music genres.

 

Zumba®

A unique and high energy aerobics class that incorporates Latin rhythms such as the Salsa and Merengue that will target your glutes, legs, abdominals, and increase your heart rate. Ditch the workout, join the party!

 

Dance Technique Classes  (Ballroom, Latin Etc.,)

These classes are technique based and typically taught in 8-week series.  Participants will practice executing specific dance steps and build them weekly into a short routine.  These classes offer more of a social experience than a true “non-stop fitness class” experience.
