Join us on the pool deck for an hour of yoga under the stars. We will hang out on the pool deck after for a member social. Relax and unwind at the end of the month with our relaxing Yoga Instructed by Debbie Rogers. Bring a friend to join! All levels are welcome.

Hatha Yoga Stretch

Hatha is one of the most commonly practiced forms of Yoga where the breath guides each posture. Smooth movements help participants achieve better posture, flexibility, balance, and strength while meditation helps to improve focus.


 Power Flow Yoga

An intense, detoxifying, empowering and completely engaging practice. It is a challenging, flowing, strength and stamina focused class that provides a powerful workout. This class will help you attain a stronger, more toned yoga body, and a calmer, more focused mind.


 Restorative Yoga

This style of yoga might best be described as a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice to relieve fatigue and stress, promote well-being and bring healing balance to your life.


Vinyasa Yoga

A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and body postures.
