Join us out on the pool deck for an hour of yoga under the stars. We will hang out on the pool deck after for a member social please bring kosher treats to share and get to know your fellow JCC members. Bring a friend. All levels are welcome!

Glow In The Dark Yoga

Join us at the BGFJCC for a night of “Glow in the Dark Yoga” also known as “Glowga.” Unlike a typical class, practicing in near darkness makes you more cognizant of your surroundings – your brain relies on heightened awareness from senses other than vision to process sensory information in order to stay balanced. If it feels like a fit, glow for it! Meet our Yoga instructors for a fun, glowing and flowing time.All ages welcome, all levels welcome for the 90 minute session and to meet new friends. Please reserve your spot. Bring your own mat or use ours. You must call to reserve your mat spot.





Hatha Yoga Stretch

Hatha is one of the most commonly practiced forms of Yoga where the breath guides each posture. Smooth movements help participants achieve better posture, flexibility, balance, and strength while meditation helps to improve focus.


 Power Flow Yoga

An intense, detoxifying, empowering and completely engaging practice. It is a challenging, flowing, strength and stamina focused class that provides a powerful workout. This class will help you attain a stronger, more toned yoga body, and a calmer, more focused mind.


 Restorative Yoga

This style of yoga might best be described as a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice to relieve fatigue and stress, promote well-being and bring healing balance to your life.


Vinyasa Yoga

A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and body postures.
