Headstand Yoga Workshop with Anat Shemesh
In honor of National Yoga Month

This workshop is for everyone, including beginners, with some experience in yoga but not necessarily in headstands. We will work with individuals according to their level.

 

Beginners will learn two headstands, which is considered the queen of all poses in the yoga world, while advanced students will have an option to learn more.

 

Workshop is 120 minutes in length and will be held in the Mind and Body Studio.

Registration is required to participate. Limited space available.

Ages 16 and up. Minimum of 5 participants, maximum of 20.

Yoga Under the Stars

Join us out on the pool deck for an hour of yoga under the stars. We will hang out on the pool deck after for a member social. Bring a friend to join! All levels are welcome.

Hatha Yoga Stretch

Hatha is one of the most commonly practiced forms of Yoga where the breath guides each posture. Smooth movements help participants achieve better posture, flexibility, balance, and strength while meditation helps to improve focus.

 

 Power Flow Yoga

An intense, detoxifying, empowering and completely engaging practice. It is a challenging, flowing, strength and stamina focused class that provides a powerful workout. This class will help you attain a stronger, more toned yoga body, and a calmer, more focused mind.

 

 Restorative Yoga

This style of yoga might best be described as a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice to relieve fatigue and stress, promote well-being and bring healing balance to your life.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

A class designed to relieve tension and stress through breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and body postures.
