If you experience stress or an active mind that’s easily distracted, then this program is for you! Meditation is known to influence increased awareness, happiness and a healthier lifestyle. As well as internal peace and quiet, reduces stress, slows aging and much more.
Join us monthly, with instructor Certified Meditation Teacher Anat Shemesh to learn new Meditation techniques to apply to your day-to-day.
This series will be on the first Wednesday of every Month from 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM in the Mind & Body Studio starting Monday, January 3rd!
