If you experience stress or an active mind that’s easily distracted, then this program is for you! Meditation is known to influence increased awareness, happiness and a healthier lifestyle in addition to internal peace and quiet and stress reduction.
Join us monthly, with Certified Meditation Teacher and Yoga Instructor Anat Shemesh to learn new Meditation techniques to apply to your day-to-day.
This series will be on the FIRST Wednesday of every Month from 12:15PM – 1:15PM in the Mind & Body Studio.
