Have you ever wanted to learn how to stand up paddle or try a fun, exciting, fat burning workout on a paddleboard?


Now you can! You will be lead through a 45 minute workout that will challenge your strength, balance and endurance.

Classes are open to members and guests.

Sunday 9:00-10:00 AM | 10:00–11:00 AM

Monday 5:00–6:00 PM

Wednesday 5:00–6:00 PM

Single Class $15 per person

Complimentary session for first time users. Must register in advance by contacting *Complimentary session only good for first time users to our course. If a member brings a guest, the guest will be charged the Member Drop-In Rate. This is good for only one time. Any other times that a non-member guest would come, they will be charged the non-member rate.
